KitchenAid - Warranty Review from Berlin, Maryland
8/31/15 purchased dishwasher; installed 11/30/15 in new kitchen. It didn't work.
At all. Under warranty of course, so a repairman sent out. He orders a motor and control board. Pretty major components.
The parts finally arrive, but he is injured and unable to complete repair. I make yet another call to Kitchenaid. Their lack of concern is obvious. They cannot find their own part numbers!
They try to reach the repairman to get the part numbers and leave him a message. He later tells me they left him MY phone number, not theirs! They are supposed to call me back next day; they don't. I call on following day - oops!
they've no record of this! They want to send a repairman out - without the parts - to start the process over again. It's been a month!
But they did offer me a $30 gift card a few weeks ago (which I haven't seen yet). Guess that's to keep me in Palmolive!
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
