Nothing has happened except and exchange of form letter. They really don't care, it's not there dept./job nor can that pass you long to some who gives a darn. Sad Sad Sad this is what America is about.

called the Whirlpool customer service number and listened to BS messages for 20 plus mins. I'm not impressed with any of you.
I guess I'll try to get my money back and order a new brain for my old stove which is not what I wanted to do.
