I'm so annoyed for your service.
I can't reach to live chat or call with assistant person at all.
Everytime you guys just say that unable to connect, goodye.
I called more than 20times it says unable.
Live chat says same.
I ordered a 7cup food processor plus more than 2 weeks ago. But it is still not shipped yet.
Whenever I try to contact about my order, you guys said can't find order number.

On website it is shipped, but fedex said didn't get a package.
I can't track my order because you keep saying my order number can not be found.
So I want to talk or chat with someone, you say unable to contact, try later.
What kind of customer service is it??
You took my money but no product, no service.
Give my food processor ASAP.
