We purchased a dual Built-in oven in late 2015. Paid $2,599 for the oven.

Also, purchased the extended warranty that begins 2 months from now. The top oven would not maintain a consistent temperature after 3 months. A technician was assigned and repaired the top oven. It is now 6 months later and the top oven is now not maintaining a consistent temperature, again.

Kitchen Aid customer service has 3 repair services located within close proximity of Hartsville, SC.. All 3 repair services have been assigned and not one is competent enough to resolve the issue.

In fact, they will not return phone calls. The response from the repair services and Kitchen Aid is extremely poor.

Product or Service Mentioned: Kitchenaid Oven.

Reason of review: Warranty issue.

Monetary Loss: $2599.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Broke soon after purchase, 2 issues within first 12 months.
