We puchased a new 5 qt Artisan stand mixer in Febuary that included a $50.00 rebate from kitchen from thier "Rebate Company". I completed the onle rebate form three different times with scans of the receipt etc. and the company consitently refuses the rebate. It stses to coall the phone number on the rebate form (which is not listed). I contacted kitchen Aid Canada and provided a phone number for "the Rebate Company" however, it is only c onstsnt recording and no-one answeres the phone. The recording ststes to call Kitchen Aid with any questions. talk about getting the royal run around. I think i am just going to return the product to Sears and get my money back. This is pretty disappointing.

I too bought the kitchen aid artisan mixer within the correct time frame. Mailed in the receipt, UPC code and filled out the form.

I received a postcard in the mail stating "the purchase is not within the date range". I had the receipt emailed to me so I was able to go back and check and it clearly was in date range. Actually I purchased it on the last possible date.

I tried called the number on the card to get a "all personnel are busy with other customers" over and over again. Such a scam and the last kitchen aid product I ever buy again.

We purchased a 5qt Kitchen Aid artisan mixer from an online site. We mailed a complete form for the $50 rebate with UPC..

Of course, we received THE postcard stating "UPC missing." Hello!? Obvious scam, so why isn't Kitchen Aid investigating?!?

P.s. I made a copy of the UPC, bet they are expecting most to not do this.

That is exactly what they are expecting! I just had the same problem but unfortunately didn't copy the UPC. I'm sure there is a big trash bin at Kitchen Aid rebate center with UPC's they "never received" in it!

I am experiencing the same problem. After submitting all the information and loading a scan of both the receipt and the upc the website gave me a message that it was successfully sent.

About two weeks later got a letter saying that it wasn't completed because of lack of scan of said codes. We printed the form and submitted by fax with the copies all over again. Not hearing from them back.

I wont waist a second more before taking them to small courts.

I don't understand why people wouldn't.

If everybody did those companies wouldn't do that kind of scam anymore. I have done that whenever I have no resolution regarding rebate problems, billing problems and even credit reporting mistakes and it is the one thing that always works very well.

Bought a built-in KA package with a rebate of 700.00. Sent in all the forms and waited.

Just called them and they claim not having me in the system and since the time for rebate has expired nothing they can do for me.

KA rebate is a scam. buy the product if you like it but don't count on getting the rebate.

COMPLETE SCAM

We could copy and paste post #6. We bought the mixer from Kohls and sent in the paperwork only a day or two later.

We got the same note saying we did not include the UPC code from the box. But I KNOW that was not the case as I personally cut it off and I was commenting on whether it would go through the normal mail system since the envelope was so thick. We sent a response letting them know we absolutely DID include the code from the box, but we never heard back. Next time we are at Kohl's we will complain.

I feel better complaining here to back up #6. This is a big waste of time, but a top end manufacturer like this should never put its customers though the hassle.

What a waste of time. I bought the new 7 qt mixer and it came with a rebate.

The website is a scam. It doesn't work and constantly freezes and tells me there's an error. I've typed in my info TOO many times and it NEVER works. I suppose it's supposed to be that way so nobody actually gets any money back.

What a scam. :(

I submitted all the necessary paperwork last year for my rebate, finally got a phone number and called, to no avail. They found my paperwork and said I would receive my rebate within 4-6 weeks and again no rebate. I have finally decided that $40.00 is not worth all the agrivation they have put me through but guaranteed I will never again purchase a Kitchen Aid product.

:grin I went back to Sears and told them about the problems i was having and they gave me a $50.00 store card as they had heard people were having problems. Ironicly, the Kithen Aid rep also contacted me (Cheryl)after reading this post and, after confirming my purchase info they also sent me a company cheque for $50.00.

My husband bought my KitchenAid mixer from Kohl's the day after Thanksgiving as an early Christmas gift and it had a $30 rebate with it. That day, I sent in all the necessary items requested and just TODAY get a card in the mail stating that the UPC was not sent!

I called the number on the card and said either I get the rebate or I return the mixer to the department store and get my money back. If they do not want to pay out rebates, don't offer them on their items. Very disappointed and frustrated!

I can honestly say, I will never buy KitchenAid again. :(

I'm sending off my rebate and receipt for the 2nd time today, May 4, 2011. I talked to Gazelle (Agent #5465)who asked me to resubmit because they never received it to a KitchenAid Resubmission, Dept No.

408-412, El Paso TX 88574-****. Second stamp second copies, I'll check back in a few weeks -and trust KitchenAid is not running a scam but honoring their rebate offer.

I have the same issue I honestly don't care about the rebate what *** me off is why even offer it make me waste paper on making copies of this stuff re-faxing to resubmit only to be told that I'm not going to get it. I was going to buy the *** mixer anyway but why lie with something that you can't follow thru with?

It's a bunch of ***, I was going to buy a 2nd mixer for my mom as a mother's day gift now I'm thinking of calling them and complaining as much as possible since each call they receive to their call center cost them money. I'll get my money back one way or another that's for sure.

Are you for real, Cheryl? Why would anyone here send YOU all their information? You are likely a scam artist, too.
