Hello, We bought a package for 6,000 of kitchenaid appliances in March from Johns Appliance in Palm Coast, Florida. We have had a service tech out twice to look at the fridge.

I purchased a separate ice maker because the fridge can not make enough ice. The fridge is not staying cool, and continually collecting ice in the back of the freezer. We have emptied the bottom drawer out so no food can block air flow. The air flow is not cold.

I am so frustrated of being on the phone and getting the run around, and service calls. I just would like a exchange!!!

This by far has been the worst purchase we have made for our home! Tara

Preferred solution: exchange fridge please.
