I just bought a new KitchenAid refrigerator for $2,649.00.It was defective upon delivery - the ice/water does not work.

After waiting for 1 week for a repair appointment, then another week for the "magical part" to be delivered and installed...ice and water still do not work. 2 days after it was delivered I demanded a replacement or a refund...no dice. I feel like my hands are tied. After repeated phone calls KitchenAid says they will "attempt another repair".

Well the next repair makes three and then we will have to fight them with the lemon law provisions.

In total I have wasted 12 hours on the phone and I have missed a total of 4 hours of work and have had to pay for ice/water this whole time (trust me...you never know how much you really use until you have to buy it).BUYER BEWARE!!
