Got it on a Thursday, broke on Friday. Almost impossible to get service on Monday. Parts weren't ordered until Tuesday (not even confirmed). I am still waiting the following Tuesday with no fridge. KitchenAid customer service is awful, the service tech company they sent was only slightly less awful. This is a NEW fridge that cost me $1,600. Don't bother with this brand, i've since looked online at them and they have notoriously bad service and very breakable parts on their appliances. I'm hoping to hit every possible consumer list with my experience of this so that i can get just a little satisfaction out of being totally hoodwinked into this shoddy piece of crap. Hopefully others will steer clear.
