I purchased the kitchen aid coffee maker. In 27 yrs this was the first maker that wouldnt keep time.and the coffee tasted horrible. I keeped it a little while thinking maybe it was me. I bout a kitchen aid package 2 years ago and hate it. The dishwasher broke the first year. The ice maker just quit the oven has stains between the glass that next to impossible. Never again. I bought a basic whirlpool refrigerator with ice maker and put it in the garage a year ago. DO NOT PURCHASE! This supposed warranty is an outrage! They take your money and this is what you will get: 1. a one hour wait to speak to a so- called representative 2. at least a one week wait to get an appointment for a peek at the problem 3. another one week wait to get service-could be one to two weeks for part to get authorized from their out of state source 4. they have problems locating a repairman for your job,as nobody wants to work for... Bought a brand new kitchenaide front loader dishwasher and with in 2 years already started having issues. Water leaking behind it. Did not realize this tho until we had seen fungus growing on the wall next to it. This leaking which had been going on for a while had caused damage to our wall. Thank you. Bought a sharp looking KitchenAid (KitchenJunk) electric range 10 years ago (06). All main parts have been serviced, starting right away; stovetop, computer/control panel, oven, several times; actually the whole thing was replace once, with a copy of the same junk. The refrigerator stopped cooling . Tech came after a week, motor & fan gone. They ordered it and the part was on bac order, we never would have known if we hadn't called sears after a week when the part didn't show. Refrigerator has been down 2 weeks. Unacceptable it's not even a year old

I have had my KitchenAid dishwasher since 2012 and its nothing but trouble and expense. Model number: KUDE20FXSS3, Serial number:F-13402093. In April, 2016 we bought a refrigerator. In June, the refrigerator went out but the freezer continued to work. Had it repaired. On July 3rd, the refrigerator went out again but freezer continued to work. On July 17th, the refrigerator went out again. Today, I had a repair tech come to fix it. At 6:00 pm, I opened the freezer and everything is defrosting and refrigerator temperature has only come down to 50 since 12:00. I am disgusted. No one... Read more

I have had 2 counter-depth French door fridges delivered, and quit cooling within a week!! KA quality stinks!! Their customer service refused to do anything until a service person tried to fix it. Lowe's replaced the first one, but want me to exchange it for a different brand now.

In less the a year the back of the upper part of stove has started to peal off. Since this is cosmetic the company refuses to do anything about it. This is a $1000 stove. I purchased this at Home Depot. Since I did not purchase the extended warranty they had me call the company. She stated they would send a technician out to repair it but I would have to pay the bill.
